This page covers the website at referencepoint.ai. ReferencePoint's apps for patients, caregivers and clinicians are not yet available and will have their own notices.
What we collect
When you join the early access list or send us a message, we keep your email address, which group you chose (clinician, patient, caregiver or other), anything you type in the optional message, the date and time, and your browser's user agent string. We do not keep your IP address. The site uses no cookies and no analytics.
Please do not include medical details, records or anything about your care in the message. This form is not monitored for medical needs. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access and to reply to your message. Joining the list creates no account, enrolls no one, and connects no one to a clinician.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure storage used by ReferencePoint, and a copy is emailed to our team mailbox. Microsoft provides the hosting, storage and email delivery for this site. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need the early access list.
Your choices
Email hello@referencepoint.ai to see, correct or delete what you sent, or to leave the list. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
